Northside Medical Clinic, P.C. was established by Dr. David M. Larsen
in January of 1982 followed by Dr. Timothy W. Hayden in July of 1986,
Dr. Elizabeth S. Londino in October of 2001, Fred J. Sesti, ANP in
August of 2002 and Marion Joy
Scott, FNP in June of 2005. We are conveniently located in the heart
of north Jackson, next to Northside
High School. We are committed to provide high quality medical care for
the emotional, social, and physical needs of the individual and the
entire family.
ADULTS -Northside Medical
Clinic, P.C.,
offers acute and long term medical care for
hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol and other
follow-up health care as individual patient
needs require. Northside Medical Clinic, P.C.,
also offers yearly physicals. Female exams
include annual pap smear and breast screening.
Bone density testing is also available for
detecting osteoporosis. Male exams include
prostate exam for abnormality.
Northside Medical Clinic, P.C., is open Monday through Friday from
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The clinic offers 24 hour emergency service for
all patients and a physician is on call each evening including the
weekend. The clinic has a full service lab on site and provides EKG ,
treadmill, xray, hearing and vision testing. Hospital care is provided
by the physicians at Jackson Madison County General Hospital or
Regional Hospital, both located in Jackson, TN. The physicians of
Northside Medical Clinic, P.C., are supported by a variety of
specialists located in Jackson, TN.

CHILDREN
- Northside Medical Clinic, P.C., offers child check ups
including growth chart comparisons, childhood immunizations,
kindergarten, college and sports physicals and sick child medical
treatment.
Northside Medical Clinic, P.C., offers insurance, pre-employment,
Department of Transportation and executive physicals to all patients.
These physicals are performed utilizing state of the art medical
equipment and are provided by appointment.
